This policy brief examines children's dental coverage and offers 12 policy options for Congress, states and federal agencies to strengthen the quality and affordability of coverage. The brief offers recommendations that apply to Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and the Affordable Care Act.
