CDHP-ASTDD Webinar: "Leading for Impact"

In this webinar, state dental directors Chris Farrell (Michigan) and Dr. Jay Kumar (New York) shared innovative ways to achieve collective impact by finding common ground among partners and establishing workable cross-sector initiatives. The importance of continuous communication and strategic direction were also highlighted. Ms. Farrell talked about Michigan's success in engaging partners around improving oral health outcomes of pregnant women. Dr. Kumar shared how New York state moved the dial during the last decade on caries prevalence, untreated caries, and sealants. Both speakers shared documents that may be of interest to your program. 

These documents are examples of ways to share program activities and successes as well as an opportunity to educate partners and funders.
