Oral Health Provisions included in the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 (CHIPRA)

In 2009, President Obama signed into law the Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 (CHIPRA) which included numerous new dental provisions.  The following PowerPoint presentation is intended for policymakers and advocates to learn and use to create broader awareness of the dental requirements and opportunities provided in the CHIPRA law.  The attached slides include talking points for a presenter to adopt as part a broader learning opportunity or can be used as a stand-alone presentation.
