House Letter to Secretary Sebelius on Exchanges and Consumer Protections
On September 28, 2011, 27 members of Congress sent a letter to Kathleen Seblius, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in response to the Department's proposed rule for the Establishment of Exchanges and Qualified Health Plans. Mirroring CDHP's language, they expressed their concerns that this rule is critical to ensuring that children have access to high-quality, comprehensive, and affordable oral health coverage including all applicable consumer protections, regardless of the type of issuer that provides that coverage.
