Model Language for Comments on Establishment of Exchanges and Qualified Health Plans

We are pleased to provide model language for public comments regarding the proposed rule for the Establishment of Exchanges and Qualified Health Plans consistent with title I of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as requested in the July 15, 2024 Federal Register.  The deadline for the submission of these comments is September 28, 2011.
