CDHP Comments on Establishment of Exchanges and Qualified Health Plans

CDHP provided public comments regarding the proposed rule fot the Establishment of Exchanges and Qualified Health Plans consistent with Title I of the Affordable Care Act. As a consumer organization, we view this rule as critical to ensuring that children have access to high-quality, comprehensive, and affordable oral health coverage including all applicable consumer protections, regardless of the type of issuer that provides that coverage.
