CDHP Comments on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the Health Insurance Premium Tax Credit

In the above attached document, CDHP is expressing their concerns that families may be negatively affected by the Proposed Rules in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for the Affordable Care Act's Health Insurance Premium Tax Credit because they don't adequately address affordability of health insurance coverage that includes pediatric dental benefits.
