Sign-On Letter in Response to Essential Health Benefits Bulletin

In response to the Essential Health Benefits Bulletin issued by HHS in December 2011, the Children's Dental Health Project, along with 20 organizations signed a letter expressing concerns regarding the benchmark insurance plans for the pediatric dental portion of the Essential Health Benefits Package. We recommended that additional guidance be provided to states to ensure that families receive affordable, comprehensive, care and to encourage states to incentivize risk-based, individualized dental benefits.
